Refund Policy

This policy must be reviewed against the UCR Plan's current Refund Procedure and our actual operational workflow before production launch. The framework below is a starting point, not a final legal document.

Before Processing Begins

If you request a refund before we have submitted any information on your behalf to the UCR system, our service fee is generally refundable, minus any non-recoverable transaction costs. Please contact us as soon as possible after payment.

After Processing Begins

Once we have begun preparing or submitting your registration, our service fee may no longer be fully refundable, since work has already been performed on your order.

After Submission

Once your registration has been submitted to the applicable UCR system, the portion of your payment representing the government/UCR registration fee is generally non-refundable by UCR Renewal Center, as this amount is remitted for the registration itself. Our service fee refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and will be evaluated case by case.

Duplicate Payment

If you were charged more than once for the same registration due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full upon verification.

Technical Error

If a verified technical error on our part caused an incorrect charge or a failed registration, we will work with you to correct the issue, which may include a full or partial refund.

Incorrect Customer Information

If a registration is rejected, delayed, or requires resubmission because information you confirmed was inaccurate, refunds are not guaranteed, since the error did not originate with our service. We will still work with you to correct and resubmit where possible.

Rejected or Failed Processing

If your registration is rejected by the UCR system for reasons unrelated to information you provided, and cannot be resubmitted successfully, our service fee is generally refundable; the government/UCR fee portion will be handled according to the UCR Plan's own refund procedures.
