1. Who We Are

UCR Renewal Center ("we," "us," "our") is an independent, privately operated online service that assists motor carriers, brokers, freight forwarders, and leasing companies with completing their Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) renewal. We are not the UCR Plan, FMCSA, DOT, or any government agency.

2. Description of Service

Our service allows you to look up available carrier information using your USDOT number, review and confirm or correct that information, and pay a combined total covering the applicable UCR registration fee and our service charge, after which we prepare and submit your registration.

3. Independent Service; No Government Affiliation

We operate as a third-party registration service provider. Using our service is optional — you may always register directly through the official UCR system without using UCR Renewal Center.

4. UCR Registration Assistance

You authorize us to use the information you provide and confirm to prepare and submit your UCR registration on your behalf.

5. Applicant Authorization

By completing an order, you represent that you are authorized to submit UCR registration information on behalf of the company identified in your order.

6. Applicant Responsibility for Accuracy

You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all company, contact, and fleet information before submitting payment. We are not responsible for consequences arising from information you confirmed that was inaccurate or outdated.

7. USDOT / Company Lookup; Third-Party Data

Company information is retrieved from third-party data sources using your USDOT number. This data may contain errors or be out of date; you must review it carefully.

8. Registration Year

You select the applicable registration year, subject to availability, which may be limited by official UCR Plan timelines (for example, the 2027 registration year is not available until the corresponding portal opens).

9. Vehicle Count

Your UCR fee bracket is determined by the vehicle count you confirm. You are responsible for confirming an accurate count before proceeding to payment.

10. Pricing

The total shown at checkout includes the applicable UCR registration fee, set by the UCR Plan, and our separate service charge. Pricing is calculated automatically based on your registration year and confirmed vehicle count.

11. Government / UCR Registration Fees

A portion of your total payment represents the government/UCR registration fee, which we remit as part of processing your registration. This amount is not entirely retained by UCR Renewal Center.

12. UCR Renewal Center Service Charge

We charge a separate service fee for company lookup, review tools, processing, and customer support.

13. Total Price

The "Total Due" shown at checkout is the full amount you will be charged, inclusive of both components described above.

14. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.

15. Processing

After payment is verified, we begin preparing and submitting your registration. Processing times vary and are not guaranteed to complete instantly.

16. Processing Times

We will provide status updates by email as your order moves through processing, submission, and completion.

17. Incorrect Information

If you discover incorrect information was submitted after payment, contact us immediately so we can assist, though correction may not always be possible depending on processing stage.

18. Duplicate Filings

You are responsible for avoiding duplicate registration attempts for the same USDOT number and registration year. We are not responsible for fees resulting from duplicate filings you initiate elsewhere.

19. Cancellations; Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy.

20. Communications

By placing an order, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your order's status. Marketing communications, if any, will be optional and include an unsubscribe option.

21. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on this site are the property of UCR Renewal Center or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

22. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or service and may suspend or modify it at any time.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UCR Renewal Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including delays or errors originating from third-party data sources or government systems.

24. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify UCR Renewal Center against claims arising from inaccurate information you provided or your misuse of the service.

25. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
